Our founder has been involved with over 1,000 property restoration projects over the past two decades and knows what makes a property attractive – both visually and financially! He served on the Board of the Columbus Investors Real Estate Network and as faculty with the Columbus Real Estate Investors Association. He is a charter member of the Central Ohio Real Estate Entrepreneurs and a member of the Ohio Real Estate Investors Association.
Depending upon how many repair projects we have going on at any given time, we may not choose to keep every single property or we may decide to partner with others and share the profits.
When we partner with (or borrow from) individuals, we use either their self-directed IRAs or liquid funds to create win-win situations: we can close faster and do more deals, while others gain higher rates of returns than commonly available. (This is not a solicitation of money, just a description of what we do and how we operate.)
